At Kinnd, we take great care in preparing and packaging your order to ensure it leaves us safely and securely.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Registered Post. Registered Post provides tracking.

Packaging

Our skincare products are packaged with care, using protective materials suitable for glass jars to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

Responsibility & Risk

Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post and marked as registered, responsibility for the parcel transfers to Australia Post.
Kinnd is not liable for parcels that are delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once they have been handed over to Australia Post.

We recommend monitoring your tracking information and contacting Australia Post directly for any delivery issues once your parcel is in their care.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact Australia Post using your registered tracking number to lodge an enquiry or claim.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimated by Australia Post and may vary depending on location, peak periods, or unforeseen delays. We do not guarantee delivery dates.
