To request a return, please contact our customer care team at sales@kinnd.com.au and include your order number or order confirmation so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
all items must be returned in their original, unused condition. due to the natural and hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds on items that have been opened or used.
conditional items may be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days of purchase, provided they meet our return requirements.
Returns Not Accepted:
Kinnd wont accept returns on the following items unless they are deemed faulty.
if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Policy:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of return.
